Clubs questions

Can one scorer handle a fourball or group?

Yes. One player scores for the whole group. Stacking multiple competitions on a single scorecard — e.g. a fourball outing alongside a scratch cup match — is on the roadmap; today each competition is scored separately.

Does Parful support match play brackets?

Yes — singles match play with auto-seeded brackets, byes, round-robin pools, deadlines, handicap allowances, and match-result entry. Fourball, foursomes, and greensomes match play are on the roadmap.

How are member handicaps managed?

Parful integrates with GHIN where available, with manual handicap support otherwise.

Can I bring my existing member list across?

Yes. Members can be added in bulk via CSV import or one at a time. GHIN-linked members get their handicap pulled in automatically; non-GHIN members get a manual handicap field. Member roles (member, scorer, manager, owner) are set during or after import.

What happens if a member doesn’t have a GHIN number?

Non-GHIN members are first-class. Add them with a manual handicap and they participate in every format the same way GHIN members do — match play, stableford, scrambles, side games. Handicap allowances apply identically.

How does outing registration work?

Open an outing for registration and members register from the player portal — desktop or mobile. The admin sees a live registration list and can move members between confirmed, waitlisted, and withdrawn states. No payment or platform fees for members.

Is there a mobile app?

Parful runs as a web app — no install required. Members open it on their phone for scoring during the round and the player dashboard between rounds. Admin tools are mobile-aware but most operations are easier on a desktop.

How much does Parful Clubs cost?

Clubs is free during beta. Pricing will be announced before general availability; clubs that join during beta lock in founder pricing.
